NaaS Technology Inc. Announces Director Change

BEIJING, June 9, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- NaaS Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: NAAS) ("NaaS" or the "Company"), the largest third-party charging network in China, today announced that Mr. Zhongjue Chen has resigned as a director of the Company for personal reasons, effective June 10, 2023.
