NAI Brannen Goddard Industrial Team Completes Multiple Transactions

ATLANTA, Sept. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mike Chambers, Jack Haden and Brad Pope of NAI Brannen Goddard completed over $25M in transactions this quarter totaling over 1,000,000 SF. Among these, the team represented DCT Industrial in leasing 300,000 SF to Mobis Parts America. Todd Carter is the Regional Vice President for DCT and was the lead representative for DCT in this transaction. MPA is a distributor for KIA. The NAI Brannen Goddard team was able to backfill 300,000 SF of the 400,732 SF building within 22 days of it becoming vacant. Chris Cummings and Lee Cardwell of Colliers represented MPA.  

Mike, Jack and Brad also represented the seller in Stag Industrial Holding's purchase of the 408,000 SF Empire Distribution warehouse located at 3755 Atlanta Industrial Parkway for $11M from a partnership that involves Mcfarlan Partners.     

The team also helped MAC Partners purchase Atlanta South, a two building, 84,400 SF flex property near Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport for $7M. The tenants include ITT Educational Services, Asbury Automotive, AT&T and Roto Rooter. Resource Real Estate Partners' Nathan Pramik brokered the deal for the unidentified seller.
