Nano Mask Enters Into Exclusive Licensing and Manufacturing Agreement with Noble Fiber Technologies for Healthcare Products in the Middle East

FISHKILL, N.Y., March 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nano Mask Inc. (NMI), (OTCQB: NANM), a health care company focused on materials technology development, manufacturing and distribution announced today, that it has entered into a five year (with a five year renewal option) licensing, manufacturing and distribution agreement with Noble Fiber Technologies LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Biomaterials, Inc., whereby Nano Mask will license Noble's proprietary  X-STATIC® antimicrobial fiber and yarn to fabricate customized healthcare fabrics and textiles and to further manufacture these materials into an  extensive line of professional health care apparel and barrier products. The license gives NMI the right to fabricate, manufacture and distribute globally with exclusive distribution rights in the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Bahrain, Yemen, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and UAE.

The scope of the license agreement will enable NMI to manufacture and distribute products using Noble's proprietary X-STATIC technology throughout the world. NMI is currently fabricating and manufacturing with Noble's antimicrobial materials at four international locations. NMI's market focus is on acute and extended care healthcare facilities which are witnessing an unprecedented demand for soft surface solutions which can help address the serious challenges of infection transmission from existing (unprotected) soft surfaces within health care facilities.
