The properties are located in Cleveland, Ohio, Tampa, Florida and El Paso, Texas.

Fresenius Medical Care, one of the World's largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis due to chronic kidney failure is the sole operator at three property locations in Cleveland, OH and Tampa, Fl.
U.S. Renal Care, a company that operates more than 400 outpatient, home and specialty dialysis programs in 31 states and Guam is the sole operator at the El Paso, Texas, property.
The addition of the four locations expands an already nationwide commercial property management portfolio consisting of 60 properties nationwide, including 16 medical office properties, eleven of which are Fresenius Medical Care facilities in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin.
The four newly built properties comprise a combined total of 55,313 square feet and each is located in close proximity to a regional medical center.
