SUBCARRIER COMMUNICATIONS ACQUIRES AC SITE MANAGEMENT
HOUSTON, July 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- An industry pioneer in high performance wireless infrastructure development, Subcarrier Communications, announced its $2.1 million purchase of Houston-based, AC Site Management effective June 1, 2015.

Subcarrier's acquirement of AC Site Management complements the recent Houston regional office opening and hires of telecommunications industry veterans Dudley Norman and Greg Weger. Norman has secured over $46 million in sales for various telecommunications infrastructure projects throughout previous tenures with competitors American Tower and Lockard & White. Greg Weger brings over 25 years experience in key managerial executive positions in the telecommunications industry and is a key figure in a recent project involving the rooftop dome replacement of Houston landmark Williams Tower (formerly Transco Tower).
With the Houston office serving as its Southwest territory base, Subcarrier aims to deepen its presence throughout the Southwest U.S. region.
The strategic purchase adds diversity to Subcarrier's national telecommunication tower portfolio, and provides additional resources to meet the demands of its clients seeking high-performance telecommunication solutions along with a talented execution team. Current AC Site Management customers will continue to be served by Subcarrier's office in Houston, Texas.
