The young child, who was living in a reported dangerous situation with her mother and boyfriend, was hospitalized with signs of bruising, which brought this matter to the biological dad's attention. With the helpless child's safety and wellbeing immediately of concern, Attorney Poole rushed to court to successfully obtain custody for the father and had the court disallow any visitation for the mother unless a third-party is present to supervise. Once again, Attorney Poole's relentless work saved another child's life.
