NativeOne Becomes First Native-Owned Broker-Dealer Member of the NYSE to Participate in Public Securities Offering.

NEW YORK, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NativeOne Institutional Trading LLC is pleased to become the first and only Native-American owned broker-dealer NYSE member to participate in a public securities offering. Oregon Health & Science University invited NativeOne to participate in their recent $126,365,000 bond underwriting. Lead underwriters were J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley, and NativeOne was a co-manager alongside Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Loop Capital Markets and Cabrera Capital Markets, LLC.

Oregon Health & Science University, located in Portland, Oregon, is a public corporation that provides a wide array of patient care, educational, research, and outreach services to residents throughout the Northwest and beyond.
