Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking Underwrites Senior Secured Term Loan for Eleven Airbus A321 Ceos Aircraft for LATAM Airlines Group S.A.
NEW YORK, Aug. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking ("Natixis CIB") is pleased to announce the successful underwriting of a Senior Secured Term Loan for the financing of eleven Airbus A321 Ceos aircraft for LATAM Airlines Group S.A. ("LATAM").

Natixis CIB played a pivotal role in structuring this transaction, serving as Joint Mandated Lead Arranger and Lender alongside SMBC for the Senior Secured Commercial Loan dedicated to the acquisition of the eleven Airbus A321 Ceos aircraft.
This financing underscores Natixis CIB's commitment to supporting the aviation sector and facilitating the growth of major airline operators in the region.
