The group spent time hiking, bird watching, and doing a "solo" in nature. They visited ancient archeological sites with whimsical names like the Ring of Brodgar and the Stones of Stenness. These lands are close to my heart because this is where my ancient ancestors are from."
Grant was able to do more then take a few quick snapshots and be loaded back into a bus. She spent time "soaking" in the Neolithic landscape. They meditated next to the stone monuments, and later conducted a past life journey. "The experience was literally a life changer for me," said Grant. "The trip was crucial in figuring out how I want to live the rest of my life." Macgregor says that Grant's experience is typical of the people who come on Nature Quests.
