NatureBridge Selects Bateman Group as New PR Agency of Record

SAN FRANCISCO, June 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bateman Group, an integrated public relations and social media communications firm, today announced that NatureBridge, the largest residential environmental education partner of the National Park Service, has enlisted Bateman Group to serve as the organization's U.S. PR agency of record, effective immediately. With this win, Bateman Group expands its Green/Sustainability practice formed on Oct. 25, 2010 around flagship client Recyclebank focused on companies, both for profit and nonprofit, offering innovative products and services that protect natural resources and embrace the concepts of environmental integrity and social responsibility.

Bateman Group was hired to increase awareness nationwide of the NatureBridge brand and its proven inquiry-based environmental education programs currently taught at residential campuses in Yosemite National Park, Olympic National Park, Golden Gate National Recreation Area and Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include: ongoing strategic communications counsel; messaging and storyline development; executive visibility; consumer lifestyle media programs spanning print, online, radio and broadcast; regional media campaigns; and ongoing outreach to the business, consumer, philanthropic, education and environmental media and bloggers.
