The company has tapped marketing strategist Gideon Rubin to head the U.S. operation as Chief Strategy Officer and Advisory Board Member.

Prior to Local Market Launch, Rubin served as COO of Lenco Mobile, where he worked following the acquisition of his own marketing software firm, Simply Ideas, in 2009.
