The transaction creates the leading industry provider of integrated software, content and services in the ethics and compliance space, providing governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions to more than 12,500 organizations worldwide and 94 of the Fortune 100.
NAVEX Global's solution suite, broad customer base, international presence and deep knowledge of the ethics and compliance industry, paired with The Network's innovative software and technology expertise, will further position the combined company for accelerated growth.

With this acquisition, NAVEX Global's client base expands by more than 4,000, and the company now serves more than 75 percent of the Fortune 500.
