Kenneth has more than 25 years' experience in domestic and international finance, corporate governance, administration and operations with public and private operating companies including consumer products, direct to consumer marketing, live entertainment, and government contracting industries.  As Chief Financial Officer for Direct Holdings Global, a $100MM+ privately held multi-channel marketing and live entertainment business with global distribution, Kenneth provided executive financial leadership for strategic planning, analysis and operations across all business lines. In addition to leading the finance and accounting departments he led the information technology, operations and administrative resources and facilities management teams.
