Navigator Management Partners Named to Great Place to Work® Rankings for Third Consecutive Year

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Navigator Management Partners is again a member of the nation's top 25 Great Place to Work® Rankings: 2011 for Best Small Workplaces, presented by Entrepreneur®, it was announced today.  

Navigator placed 22nd on this year's small workplaces list which represents the best workplaces in the nation separated into two categories: small companies with 50-250 employees and medium companies with 251-999 employees. Navigator earned similar recognition each of the previous six years for its Columbus-based headquarters as a Best Place to Work as evaluated by Columbus Business First, a regional business news publication.

Navigator Management Partners has also been named to the 2011 Inc. 5000 – the Inc. Magazine list of the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Navigator Management Partners ranks 1,755th out of the 5,000 companies that made this national list after placing 2,106th last year.

Navigator Management Partners made this year's recently-announced list by participating in the Great Place to Work® Institute's selection process which includes a survey of Navigator's employees based on the Trust Index© and a completed questionnaire by Navigator about programs and company practices. The Great Place to Work® Institute evaluated the company based on five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
