NEEDDA Formed by Top Due Diligence Consultants

NEW YORK, Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- IVI International, Inc., headquartered in White Plains, New York, is pleased to announce that it is a founding member of a new association, the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA), a non-profit organization formed to promote the common interests of engineering and environmental consulting stakeholders who provide due diligence for real estate transactions.

NEEDDA was incorporated on December 19, 2012. Over the last year, IVI, along with six of the nation's top engineering and environmental due diligence providers, have formed bylaws and laid the foundations of NEEDDA.  Membership is open to national firms that provide both engineering and environmental due diligence services and meet other membership criteria.

While participation to date has only consisted of founding member firms, we welcome participation from new member firms, clients, vendors and attorneys.
