In the new genre of neo-soul gospel music Toccara has a most exquisite sound with songs she has been given by God in her sleep and wonderful tracks she has gotten from professional producers.
Toccara has sang in the church choir since she was 5 years old. While she was in high school she was accepted into the Full Gospel Holy Temple Youth Convocational Choir by director Tony Wade after auditioning by singing only one verse in front of the whole choir of over 100 voices! She sang with local acapella girls group "Virtuous Praise" from 2002-2003. She sang with the "Trinity Temple Full Gospel Mass Recording Choir" from 2001-2006. She has been a lead vocalist in the various choirs at Christian Chapel Temple of Faith in Dallas from 2007 til present.
Toccara is currently excited about going into the studio this month to record her 1st A&B single "Me and Music" and "Because of your Grace" and will be releasing them later this summer.
Toccara hopes to leave behind a very impacting and touching music collection of neo-soul style gospel and wants to be able to support herself and her family and one day do a worldwide tour and one day receive a lifetime achievement award along with many other awards.
