Neologic Animation Inc. Names New Chief Financial Officer

HANGZHOU, China, June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Neologic Animation Inc. (OTCBB:NANI),- (The Company) an educational software Company in the People's Republic of China, is pleased to announce Mr. Xu Yongbiao as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Yongbiao graduated from the illustrious Zhijiang Electronics Engineering College of Hangzhou, in 1990 with a degree in Financial Management.  In August of 1990, he joined Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group (HISG) as an accountant after graduation.  This Company was founded in 1957, through 53 years hard work, Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group has become a large-scale enterprise group, where its core business includes iron and steel, trade, real estate, it is also involved in environmental protection, hotel, restaurant, scientific and technical design, higher vocational education, gold mining and smelting.  HISG has been awarded several honours including Top 10 Most Influential Enterprises in China by the Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association.

In March of 1999, Mr. Yongbiao left HISG and founded the Zhejiang Tiance Accounting Firm which is based in Hangzhou City.  This accounting firm where he continues to be one of the primary partners is a firm that has the qualifications of audit, capital verification, infrastructure construction cost review, assets appraisal, and business evaluations.  The firm's staff is mainly composed of talented professionals with university education backgrounds, including more than 20 certified public accountants, a dozen of cost engineers and construction cost technicians, a dozen of certified public asset estimators, as well as many certified tax agents, lawyers, senior engineers, and senior accountants, are all part of the firm.
