Neology Adds Patents to Lawsuit against Federal Signal Corporation to Put an End to Infringement

SAN DIEGO, July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Neology Inc., a leader in secure, customized, high-value RFID transponders and solutions, announced today that it has added two patents to its most recent lawsuit against Federal Signal and related companies, originally filed in the Central District of California on May 21, 2012. Neology now asserts infringement of four patents in California, which follows the filing by Neology in Delaware of a patent infringement case against Federal Signal alleging infringement of six patents.
