Both events will be held in New York, NY.

The 2010 Maxim Group Growth Conference will be held in Carnegie/Alvin room at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City, NY.  Dr. Smith is scheduled to make a presentation from 10-10:30 a.m. today, November 18, 2010 and will be available to meet with investors throughout the conference.  The Proactive Investors One2One Investor Forum will be held this evening in the Whitney Room at the Intercontinental New York Barclay Hotel in New York, NY.  Dr. Smith is scheduled to present 6:30 p.m. and will host a question and answer session after her formal presentation.
