NEP Broadcasting Announces nsite

PITTSBURGH, Dec. 13, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- NEP Broadcasting will debut their new technology nsite today during the Sports Video Group's League Technology Summit.  nsite is a brand new proactive and automatic system of monitoring and support for broadcasting facilities.

Starting with a totally secure network and uniform platform, nsite creates an automatic remote connection to every system in a broadcast facility, from temperature and climate control, to power, as well as individual pieces of equipment, graphical user interfaces, and PCs.  As soon as a facility has power, nsite is on gathering and logging information.  Once an internet connection is established all data is automatically transmitted back to NEP headquarters where it is monitored, stored and analyzed.  If a problem occurs, through nsite, NEP can bring a full arsenal of experts around the globe virtually to site in an instant, because the connection is already there.
