NetApp Vice Chairman Tom Mendoza to Deliver Keynote at GalaxZ18

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Zenoss Inc., the leader in Software-Defined IT Operations™, today announced that Tom Mendoza, vice chairman of NetApp, will be a keynote speaker at GalaxZ18. The fourth annual Zenoss user conference will be held June 20-22, 2018, at the JW Marriott in the Live Monitoring Capital of the World, Austin, Texas.

GalaxZ18 will kick off with the keynote from Mendoza and continue with an outstanding speaker lineup of customers, partners and technology pundits.

Mendoza was senior vice president of sales at NetApp from 1994 until being named president in 2000. In 2009, he became vice chairman. Also in 2009, Mendoza and then-chairman of NetApp, Dan Warmenhoven, were co-recipients of the Morgan Stanley Leadership Award for Global Commerce.

Mendoza has given talks on the power of corporate culture and leadership all over the world to people in diverse organizations such as the U.S. Marine Corps, the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, CIO Forum conferences, Oracle's Leaders Circle, and Stanford University. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and is an alumnus of the Stanford University Executive Business Program. In September 2000, Notre Dame renamed its business school the Mendoza College of Business.

Mendoza will present at GalaxZ18 Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at 4 p.m. CDT.
