
NetCarrier Appoints Jason Ruth as Chief Revenue Officer
Sales and channel veteran to lead partner-driven growth across cloud communications and AI-powered voice automation
AUDUBON, Pa., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NetCarrier, a privately held provider of cloud communications and AI-powered voice automation for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the appointment of Jason Ruth as Chief Revenue Officer. Ruth assumed the role effective July 13, 2026.
Ruth brings more than 25 years of technology sales and channel leadership experience spanning cloud communications, SMB and enterprise technology, and partner-led go-to-market strategy. In his new role, he is responsible for driving NetCarrier's long-term revenue growth and market expansion, with oversight of sales, customer success, marketing, revenue operations, partner programs, agent relationships, Technology Service Distributors, and the company's expanding wholesale and white-label initiatives.
Ruth most recently served as Director of Sales, East at C1, where he led a team of client executives focused on AI-powered communications, infrastructure, security, and services. Throughout his career, he has held senior sales and channel leadership roles at Fusion Connect, Vonage, 8x8, Mitel, Broadsmart, Ascom, and Windstream Enterprise.
His experience includes building and leading direct and indirect sales organizations, developing agent, VAR, MSP, and TSD channels, expanding strategic partner programs, and aligning sales execution around recurring revenue growth.
