NetQin Mobile Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering on the NYSE

BEIJING, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- NetQin Mobile Inc. ("NetQin" or "the Company") (NYSE: NQ), a leading provider of consumer-centric mobile security and productivity applications, today announced that its initial public offering of 7,750,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs"), each representing five Class A common shares of the Company, was priced at $11.50 per ADS, with a total offering size of US$89.125 million, assuming no exercise of the over-allotment option. The ADSs will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 5, 2011 under the symbol "NQ."

Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as sole bookrunner and Oppenheimer & Co. and Canaccord Genuity acted as co-managers for the offering. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,162,500 additional ADSs to cover over-allotments.
