
NetVision Resources, Inc. and GTRAS to Merge
CHANTILLY, Va., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- NetVision Resources, Inc. and GTRAS, Inc. have entered into a merger agreement in a step towards synergy and efficiency of business operations in the IT services industry. The combined entity NetVision Resources, Inc., also known as NVR, shall comprise a combined workforce across the United States, skilled in a wide range of technologies ranging from application development and QA to Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Intelligence.
NetVision Resources is a small, minority-owned business enterprise providing comprehensive IT services in the Washington, DC metro area since its inception in 1999. With a long history of past performance, the company has a number of clients in the private as well as public sectors.
