As a board-certified podiatrist, Dr. Ley's expertise includes all areas of surgical and nonsurgical foot and ankle care, including surgical treatment for flatfoot deformity, bunions, hammertoes, foot and ankle fractures and arthritis. She also provides nonsurgical treatment for plantar fasciitis and clubfoot deformity as well as wound care and diabetic care.

A native of Duncansville, Pa., Dr. Ley received her doctorate of podiatric medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. She then completed advanced training during an externship at Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, Md., and a residency at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio. Dr. Ley is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association and Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association.
