Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. is the brainchild of husband and wife team Joe and Lauren Luby, lifelong lovers of whiskey and dogs. "We love getting family and friends together for great times at our home bar," says Joe. "Creating our own brand of spirits is just a natural extension of that cheer and friendship to a larger audience." The company is named for Miss Scarlett and Sage, two Doberman sister pups the couple adopted from the West Side Animal Shelter in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The company's products will be distilled by Las Vegas Distillery, the oldest distillery in Nevada. Master Distiller George Racz was responsible for getting the law passed to allow distillery operations in Nevada. Las Vegas Distillery made the first batch of legal bourbon in the state. The distillery is in an area known as the Artisan Booze District. It houses the Las Vegas Distillery, Bad Beat Brewing, Crafthaus Brewing, Vegas Brewing Co., Grape Expectations School of Wine-making, and the Chocolate Makery.
