New Breakthrough Coaching Certification Program - e-Co Leadership Coaching - Launched at The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership

WASHINGTON, April 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership (GW CEPL) launched its newest coaching program, the e-Co Leadership Coaching Certification (e-CLC) program, which provides a framework for professional coaches to elevate consciousness and achieve a more sustainable future consistent with the United Nations' vision for One Humanity.

The e-CLC program was announced by Ina Gjikondi, Director of Executive Education & Coaching and Founder & Director of the e-Co Leadership Coaching Program, at the United Nations during the Impact Leadership 21 Summit in New York City, where thought leaders gathered to discuss the Consciousness Shift in Global Leadership. Aligned to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies, the e-CLC embraces the whole-person and whole-systems framework and is designed to expand each coach's contribution in the world.

The origins of "e-Co" is unique and profound. Ina Gjikondi explains, "The "e" is the irrational mathematical number representing the manifestation of things which are beautiful and often abstract. The logarithmic spiral of "e" appears in nature in shells, horns, tusks, sunflowers, and even spiral galaxies and speaks to the idea of evolution, emergence and energy. The prefix 'co' means together, as in co-creation, compassion, consciousness, connection, and collaboration. 'Co' is also the exchange that His Holiness the 14^th Dalai Lama speaks about in partnerships with equals parts of giving and receiving, as a way of cultivating peace in the world.
