"I have always had a passion for working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families," said co-founder Chayla Foster. "Our vision for HopeLink is to develop and execute a highly personalized plan for individuals while equipping and supporting their families and staff with the knowledge needed to get the most out of their services."
Founded by siblings Derrik Hobbs and Chayla Foster, the mission is to maintain family bonds and support, develop meaningful community connections, and to help individuals reach their fullest potential. HopeLink does this through Medicaid services for the Family Support and Community Integration and Habilitation Waivers.
HopeLink gives the power back to the individual who needs care and to their family. Utilizing different services offered under each waiver allows the individuals and their families to determine what care is needed for their unique situation. HopeLink also works closely with Case Managers and other Support Providers to remain current on requirements, ensure reporting is completed timely and to assist in any way possible.
HopeLink is committed to providing positive resources and information to families while promoting a competent level of awareness and understanding of the Medicaid Waiver Programs to all who are a part of HopeLink.
