The previous owners, Alex Benzer, Charlotte Genevier and Warren Shaeffer will maintain a minority ownership position in the company.

• Keeping its customer service team in place
• Integrating service offerings with Room 214 and onloading enterprise clients
• Moving the headquarters to Boulder, Colorado
