New Frontier Media Files Fiscal First Quarter 2013 Form 10-Q

BOULDER, Colo., Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- New Frontier Media, Inc. (NasdaqGS: NOOF), a leading provider of transactional television services and distributor of general motion picture entertainment, today announced that it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Form 10-Q for the first fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2012.  The Form 10-Q was required to be filed with the Commission on August 14, 2012 in order to be timely filed. On August 17, 2012, the company received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of the late filing. By virtue of the subsequent filing of the Form 10‑Q, the company  believes that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq's continued listing standards and that no further action is required by the company with respect to this matter in order for it to remain uninterrupted the listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
