CHICAGO, June 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Four attorneys with more than 70 years of collective experience in intellectual property litigation and strategic IP counseling have formed Lee Sheikh Megley & Haan, a Chicago-based intellectual property litigation law firm dedicated to helping clients navigate complex IP-related legal and business issues in court, governmental agencies and the marketplace. The founding partners have extensive jury and bench trial experience in cases involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, non-disclosure agreements, unfair competition and other business torts.

Principals are Chris Lee, David Sheikh, Richard Megley and Brian Haan, all of whom previously practiced at a leading intellectual property litigation firm with a national reputation for its successful trial record and for representing clients on alternative billing arrangements. The partners have represented emerging technology companies, multinational corporations and individual inventors on both sides of high-stakes intellectual property disputes involving diverse technologies such as consumer electronics, manufacturing, e-commerce, semiconductors, food science, medical devices and other industries.
