New Jersey's Race For U.S. Senate: Booker And Bell Set To Debate On 6abc - Watch Sunday, October 26 At 1pm
PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The two candidates vying for New Jersey's U.S. Senate seat will appear in a televised broadcast debate on Sunday, October 26, 2014. Democratic Incumbent Senator Cory Booker and Republican politician Jeff Bell will participate in the hour-long debate hosted by WPVI-TV, WABC-TV, and the League of Women Voters of New Jersey. 6abc Action News anchor Jim Gardner and WABC-TV's Eyewitness News anchor Sade Baderinwa will moderate. The panelists are Jonathan Tamri of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Matt Friedman of The Star-Ledger and Mariela Salgado of Noticias Univision 41.

Media access: Members of the media wishing to cover the debate must RSVP to [email protected] or [email protected] by Thursday, October 23rd at noon. Reporters and photographers will be restricted to a viewing area outside the studio. A photo opportunity with the candidates is scheduled before the debate begins. Reporters may have access to the candidates immediately following the debate. The press will be admitted to the bureau starting 12:30pm.
