New Launch Pad for Women

Only 69% of new mothers return to work and one in seven are made redundant after maternity leave.  This waste of talent prompted a trio of successful entrepreneurs to launch The Pickle Shed as a launch pad for mothers and women who are returning to work, setting up a business or simply making changes to their lives.  

Unlike most women's groups The Pickle Shed provides a unique solution to thousands of women going through the difficult process of juggling career and motherhood, offering a professionally led coaching programme specifically designed to ease the transition between home and work.

The founding team comprises Cheryl Goldenberg, a specialist transition coach, Emma Tumelty, a blue-chip exec and entrepreneur and Maureen Moore who brings 25 years of business, training and coaching experience to the table.
