New Mobile Health Platform eMindLog™ Helps Consumers Track Stress, Anxiety, Depression for Mental Wellbeing

A new mobile health platform, eMindLog™, allows people to take control of their mental wellbeing by self-measuring their stress, anxiety and depression using their smartphone, tablet or laptop computer.
