  • Mobility-as-a-Service - a New Service to Streamline the Management of Mobile Devices -- On July 15, 2015, Sprint Corporation introduced its "Mobility-as-a-Service" (MaaS), an efficient alternative for businesses to put the power of mobile technology in the hands of employees. As per the Company, by using MaaS, business can avoid the hassles associated with equipping a workforce with wireless devices, as they just select a device, a data plan and a service term while Sprint delivers the devices provides basic configuration and includes additional dedicated customer support.
  • Benefits of New Service -- The Company informed that by opting for MaaS, businesses with 15 or more lines select the devices which include smartphones, tablets and mobile broadband hotspots, each including a MaaS Extended Warranty Program. Moreover, they can also refresh their devices every 12 or 24 months depending on the service term selected. Moreover, businesses purchasing wireless through MaaS will also receive a dedicated care team to provide 24/7/365 technical support. The Company added that it will also assist with device configuration and preloading of business applications. Sprint highlighted that it also the first national U.S. wireless carrier to offer MaaS with a standard offer, available to any business with 15 or more lines of service.
  • Other Business Updates - As per another release dated July 13, 2015, Sprint has launched its innovative Direct 2 You service in four additional metropolitan areas namely Dallas, Detroit, Tampa and Washington, D.C. Sprint informed that with Direct 2 You, customers can meet a wireless sales representative virtually irrespective of the time and location virtually for free. Sprint noted that through this one-of-a-kind offering, a Sprint expert helps customers to set up a new mobile device as well as transfer content from the comfort of one's home, workplace or literally anywhere someone chooses. The Company added that with the aforesaid expansion, its Direct 2 You service is available in major metropolitan areas across the country including Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Tampa, Washington, D.C. and surrounding areas.
