New Organization Will Facilitate and Enhance Relationships Between Institutional Investors and Real Estate Operating Companies

NEW YORK and SAN RAMON, Calif., Feb. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Institutional Real Estate, Inc. has partnered with LongRun Advisers to launch the Institute for Real Estate Operating Companies (iREOC), which will offer a multi-faceted platform to facilitate relationships between institutional capital providers and operating companies. The membership organization will provide training and education, information and consulting, and networking events.

"The iREOC platform will provide benefits to institutional investors and their investment managers who are working with operating partners or seeking to form a partnership with an operator," says Geoffrey Dohrmann, president and CEO of Institutional Real Estate, Inc. The products and services offered by iREOC will benefit both real estate operators seeking institutional capital partners, and institutional investors and investment managers seeking operating partners. Membership benefits include access to the Operating Partnership Information Exchange (OPIE), a patented technology platform developed by LongRun Advisers.
