New Physician Joins Valley Pain Consultants

PHOENIX, May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Valley Pain Consultants announced today that interventional pain management specialist, Matthew T. Crooks, MD, has joined their pain medicine group, practicing primarily at their East Valley locations.  Dr. Crooks is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. Upon completion of his anesthesiology/critical care residency at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident, Dr. Crooks completed his fellowship in pain management at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA.
