New Residential Sales Surpass Halfway Mark at Canyon Ranch's North Tower

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Nov. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- More than half of the residences in the North Tower of Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach have sold, just seven months after its launch. Individuals from the United States and more than a dozen countries have embraced Canyon Ranch's luxurious lifestyle of healthy living.

One, two and three-bedroom residences at Canyon Ranch are selling from $300,000 to more than $3 million. Prices in the North Tower starting at just over $400,000 for one-bedrooms, just over $600,000 for 2 bedrooms and from $2 million for 3 bedrooms.
