(OTC: NSLP) (the "Partnership" or "New Source") announced today that the Board of Directors of its General Partner has declared a cash distribution for its 11% Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred units (NYSE: NSLP-A) of $0.6875 per unit. The distribution will be paid on October 15, 2015 to all unit holders of record on October 1, 2015.
