New York City's First R Conference Sells Out
Gathering 200 of the world's top R enthusiasts and data scientists to explore, share, and inspire ideas
NEW YORK, April 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Work-Bench, New York City's premier enterprise technology growth accelerator, in conjunction with Lander Analytics, has announced that their first-ever New York R Conference has sold out. Gathering the world's top R enthusiasts and data scientists to explore, share, and inspire ideas, the conference is taking place on Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, at Work-Bench. Over 200 data scientists from technology startups, financial institutions, and academia will be in attendance.
The New York R Conference was created to encourage collaboration and foster shared learning within the data science community. The conference will take place over the course of two days and feature prominent speakers within the R community, both from New York and around the world. While focused on R, a number of expert speakers will also speak on Python, Julia, and database architecture.
