New York philanthropist Keith Mann supports U.S. public classrooms in need

NEW YORK, April 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Keith Mann, Co-Founder of Dynamics Search Partners and active New York philanthropist recently made a donation to, a fund that supports classroom projects across the U.S. by providing supplies to teachers and students.

Photo - is the latest among many educational philanthropic endeavors Keith Mann and wife Keely Mann have been in support of. The organization allows public school teachers from across the country to post detailed descriptions of upcoming class projects on the site. When a contributor makes a donation, supplies specially tailored for the project are delivered directly to the classrooms. In 2011, with over 250,000 donors, the website made Fast Company's list of the 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World.

This is not Keith and Keely Mann's first foray into educational philanthropy. Earlier this month, Mann and Dynamics Search Partners held a fundraiser for New York's Uncommon Schools organization, collecting $22,000 to help low-income students achieve their goals of going to college. Higher education is vital to New York City's economy, as it currently accounts for about 2.5 percent of employment in NYC. Through funding organizations like Uncommon Schools and, Keith Mann hopes to foster the core K-12 years, leading to positive attitudes about college and a brighter future for NYC.
