New York Times Bestselling Author Marie Force Releases Fatal Jeopardy, Book 7 of Fatal Series, Set in Washington, D.C.

The Fatal Series is set in the D.C. area, where Force worked for 15 years, giving her an insider's view of the capital city.

Fatal Jeopardy continues to follow Sam, a smart-mouth homicide detective married to Nick, a United States Senator, through their high-profile jobs and complex family relationships set against a backdrop of tumultuous politics and romance. Force got the idea for the Fatal Series when a congressman was found dead in his D.C.-area home. Initially investigated as a potential crime, it was later determined he died of natural causes. The original book, Fatal Affair, and the Fatal Series originated from these questions.
