New York Wine Festivals Presents the NYC Autumn Wine Festival at Conrad New York in Downtown Manhattan

NEW YORK, Sept. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- New York Wine Festivals announces the NYC Autumn Wine Festival at Conrad New York in downtown Manhattan on Saturday, November 9, 2013. The autumn tasting event will feature 200+ wines curated by Vintry Fine Wines plus light fare by Union Square Events, Conrad New York's exclusive caterer. Attendees will also enjoy live contemporary jazz performances during each tasting session by Grammy®-nominated guitarist Gil Parris.

Tasting tables located throughout the venue will offer a wide array of high-quality wines from around the globe including Burgundy samplings, Italian varieties, Champagnes, and selections from Portugal. California offerings will feature top mainstays, plus exciting dark horse grapes showcasing the state's range.

New York Wine Festival's popular winter tastings have sold out for the last four years and this autumn's event is expected to do the same. Festival attendees can choose from two sessions: Afternoon: 3-6pm or Evening: 8-11pm. For an additional fee, guests may take an Exclusive Wine Class taught by the American Sommelier Association's top sommeliers. Three classes are offered during each session: History in the Tasting, Principles of Blind Tasting, and Sugar & Spice and Everything Twice.
