NEWCO4EDUCATION/Sibling Announces Social Media Initiative; Complements Education Offerings, Substantial New Revenue Potential

NEW YORK and ATLANTA, June 7, 2011 Sibling Entertainment Group Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:  SIBE - News) ("the Company") today announced that its operating company, NEWCO4EDUCATION, LLC (www.newco4education.com) has a new initiative which will integrate a youth oriented, social media platform with its computer based education product offerings, as a part of its curriculum development efforts. It will be offered broadly to primary and secondary education participants nationwide, in addition to the Company's captive charter school operations.

"We are evaluating student specific social media players for cross marketing effort and integration with our educational media development program," stated Gerald Sullivan, Chairman of NEWCO4EDUCATION and Sibling Entertainment, its public company parent.

When asked about the specifics of the program, he explained, "We see two opportunities within today's youth and student dedicated social media platforms. First, there are teaching situations that can be integrated with a social media platform, including integrated homework, testing and other student and parent friendly applications. Secondly, there are potential new revenue streams of significant proportion, as a result of allowing a large base of students, including those outside of our schools or educational media users, to access a social media platform suited to the needs of students. These revenues from large scale providers of youth oriented products will allow us to monetize our current and future user base, while subsidizing our internal marketing and promotional costs."

The social media platforms under consideration are parent friendly, aimed solely at primary and secondary school aged participants, and will be made available in both NEWCO dedicated versions, and other versions that can be privately labeled and implemented for other interested user groups, including Parent Teacher Organizations (PTO/PTA), service organizations for youth, non-profit implementations such as youth athletic groups, or music related organizations. The Company believes it may be able to provide a revenue sharing arrangement within its advertising revenue model that could help funding of these important youth programs.
