Forrester conducted vendor evaluations in March and April 2016 with all 14 participating vendors and surveyed dozens of customer references. Vendors were evaluated against all 22 criteria across three categories. Based on its score in the CCM workflow criterion in the report, Newgen's CCM solution has strong drag-and-drop visual process support document design approval workflow but separate ADF document automation and user document creation and review workflow.
