Newman Joins Vestaron as VP Finance and CFO

KALAMAZOO, Mich., May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Nancy Kreis Newman has joined Vestaron Corporation as vice president of finance and chief financial officer.  Previously, Newman was chief financial officer with A.M. Todd Group, Inc., a manufacturer of essential oils, flavor compounds and botanical extracts, located in Kalamazoo.

Newman's experience includes both public and privately held companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500.  She has had responsibility for tax accounting and compliance, treasury management, shared accounting services, financial services for life sciences startups and has served as chief financial officer for a multi-national company.  She is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
