Nexia's Revel Announces Major Deal with the Lifetime Channel

SALT LAKE CITY, May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD), parent company of Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: GRNE) (PINKSHEETS: GRNE) and Revel Entertainment, Inc., announces that its feature film The Kane Files is slated to be shown on the Lifetime Channel in May of this year.  The broadcast times announced so far are May 5, 2012 at 10:00 pm EDT and 8:00 pm MDT, with a second showing set for May 6, 2012.  See www.mylifetime.com/lifetime-tv-schedule for more information and to confirm local broadcast times.  Revel has signed a North America distribution agreement with A & E Networks for the exclusive rights to the film for a period of three years.  It is expected that this exposure for The Kane Files will help sales in the markets outside of North America and its performance could open up opportunities for other Revel properties with A & E depending on the ratings resulting received by the film.  The Kane Files has already been signed to distribution agreements in the following markets: UK, Brazil, Greece, Spain, the Middle East, and Japan.  Efforts to expand the foreign distribution of the film are ongoing.
