NexJ Appoints Eric Gombrich as Senior Vice President & General Manager, Health Solutions Group

Mr. Gombrich was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of EMIS Inc., the North American wholly-owned subsidiary of EMIS (UK), a global leader in Standards-Based Electronic Medical Record (EMR).  In this role, Mr. Gombrich grew the user market-base in Alberta and B.C., as well as participated in the national direction of EMR strategy for Canada. Prior to joining EMIS Inc., Mr. Gombrich held several multi-national leadership roles based out of the US and Canada, including at Carefx Corporation, Eclipsys Corporation and Molecular Diagnostics Inc.

In addition to his company experience, Mr. Gombrich has served on several Boards in both private and public organizations, and continues to serve on several ITAC Health committees.

With over 25 years of experience managing healthcare technology organizations, Mr. Gombrich has established a reputation as a leader who evokes change in healthcare solutions based on strategic position, best-practices, and change management services.
