Next 1 Journeys With The Wumblers Into Children's Television

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., January 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Next 1 Interactive, Inc. (OTCBB: NXOI.BB) ("Next 1") announced that it has entered into an agreement  to purchase The Giddy Gander Company ("Giddy Gander") and The Wumblers preschool television series and brand, www.wumblers.com.

Next 1, a multi-faceted media company specializing in Travel and Real Estate, brings the addition of The Wumblers to its television Network portfolio as yet another step in Next 1's commitment to delivering targeted content to serve the whole family through multiple digital platforms including Cable, Video on Demand, Digital, Broadband, Internet, and Mobile.  Further plans include, the launching of a newly established children's television block on Next 1 Network TV, meeting the FCC requirements for E/I content within US broadcast television.  The Wumblers will become a cornerstone in this new NextGen kid's block. 

Next 1 is the newest supporter in a long line of broadcast, licensing, and promotional partnerships for The Wumblers.  Additional relationships include: Sorpresa TV (Spanish Language Educational Television), Health Media Network, and The National Center for Youth Issues.  Fans might have also seen the baby Wumbler image on watermelon bins located in supermarkets including; Walmart, Sam's Clubs, Stop & Shops, and A&P's, over the last two summers, compliments of promotional partners at The National Watermelon Association of the United States.
