Next 1 Reports on Pilot Test of "Foreclosure 2 Fabulous"

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Next 1 Interactive, Inc., ("Next 1") (OTCBB: NXOI) announced today, that the pilot episode of "Foreclosure 2 Fabulous" (a new home improvement TV reality show that focuses on purchasing and renovating foreclosures, on a budget) was aired as a test, in the New York area, to a potential viewing audience of 700,000 over the last 2 weeks. As a result of the airings, the company received hundreds of inquiries with over 100 people wanting to purchase foreclosed properties.  

The "Foreclosure 2 Fabulous" full series is launching October of this year and will broadcast to approximately 100 Million Households throughout the United States, as well as live streaming episodes on their website. Next 1 Realty (a subsidiary of Next 1 Interactive) has been named the real estate agent of record and will be handling all leads for real estate & foreclosure transactions and/or referrals coming from "Foreclosure 2 Fabulous" television airings. To help promote awareness of the opportunity, Next 1 Realty will also receive 2 minutes of commercial time, per airing, allotted to promote selective real estate listing opportunities. Additionally, viewers will be able to access a comprehensive list of home inventory, through a customized section of its website dedicated to providing an inventory of real estate video listings.
